- 2-hour visit* (or video call)

- Comprehensive assessment of your child's sleep environment.
- Discussion + demonstration of various settling techniques.
- One week of follow up email + phone support.

3. CALL ME MAYBE
Includes:
- 1-hour phone consultation.
- Personalised sleep plan.
- Discussion of your child’s sleep challenges.
- Recommended solutions that will work for you and your family.
- One week of follow up email + phone support.

4. BUT FIRST, COFFEE
Includes:
- 1-hour group discussion (can be done via video call) about topics important to you.
- Topics can include age-appropriate nap schedules, dropping naps, sleep regressions, developmental milestones, nutrition + the effect on sleep, bedtime tips.
$30 p.p. (Minimum 5 people)
